| Biography |
I am a person-centered coach who works with people when life feels heavy, overwhelming, or hard to make sense of. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Health and believes support should feel real…not rushed, not scripted, just calm, steady, and human. Known for my deep empathic presence, I have a natural ability to sense what someone may be carrying and to respond with care, attunement, and respect. My current role is to help people slow things down, feel safer in the moment, and identify the next small step forward, without judgment or pressure to have the “right” words.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded. My focus is on safety first, then clarity, meeting people exactly where they are. Clients don’t need to explain everything perfectly or know what they need ahead of time, the process unfolds together, guided by empathy and collaboration.
Outside of work, I live on a farm and find grounding in creativity, DIY projects, and spending time with animals. I have a deep passion for horses and value the connection, presence, and regulation that come from being around them. Humor matters to me, especially when life gets messy. Being hands-on and close to the land reinforces my belief that steady care and showing up consistently truly makes a difference.
For those seeking support that feels authentic, calm, and genuinely human, I offer a steady, empathic, and compassionate presence.
