I am here to explore new beginnings. I left education in a public school setting for the last time last year after intermittently teaching for 20+ years. Art has always been a hobby and therapy has always been a relief. I look forward to learning and growing more as I dive into this course with a fine-tooth comb. I find the brain fascinating and believe the more we understand and know of its inner workings on a personal level, the more we are able to have tools at our disposal and rewire it, and ultimately have happy days with less stress, anxiety, depression.
