what can I say… I’m an old soul living in a new age. I love nature, and I’ve always been that barefoot, carefree kind of person since I was a little girl. Always trying to make something with the flowers or Fauna while making my mud pies. Having a green thumb and working on a gardening is how I stay connected to using nature in my daily life. I’ve always had a fascination with holistic medicine and I enjoy helping people, either through teas, food or making tanitures and natural remedies. In this day and age, we have so many synthetic, manufactured products masked as medical treatments that we forget we have the best medicine growing in our own backyards and forests.  My goal is to learn as much as I can about how nature interacts with the body and about natural apothecary so I can give people more opportunities to using natural remedies to help heal the body and provide a better way of living healthy.
