I have been working in a pharmacy for over 20 years, which has given me a deep appreciation for health, care, and supporting people in challenging moments of their lives. At the same time, my personal journey has led me to explore the deeper connection between body, mind, and emotions. I am currently training as a Psychoneuroenergetic Practitioner with Judith Johnson.

I live in Switzerland and am the mother of two children, who continuously remind me of the importance of presence, curiosity, and authenticity. My path is guided by a growing passion for personal growth, somatic awareness, and creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves.
