I am a 44-year-old stay home mother and wife. My children are now grown and out of the house, so I decided it’s time to do something for me. I have dealt with a chronic illness for over 10 years with lots of doctors, diagnosis and medications, which would inevitably cause more medications to be added to treat the side effects of the other medications. Long story short I got fed up with putting things in my body that did more harm than good, so I took my health into my own hands and decided to heal/treat myself naturally. I have had remarkable success but with limited knowledge and so much false information out there I felt taking classes was the next step to continue my journey. My goal is to learn to help myself and then apply that passion and knowledge to helping others.
