Married to my best friend for 44 years now.

I spent 30 years as a firefighter/paramedic in a large city. Great career that left a few scars.

Raised 4 great kids, who each have 2 kids of their own.

Love anything to do with the outdoors, my wife and I love to hike, camp and Kayak. I also enjoy cooking, especially meals from other countries or historical meals.

Im hoping Holistic care is my retirement job that i can draw from and take care of my wife and myself.
