I’m the co-founder and CEO of Owl & Eagle Health and Wellness, a holistic psychiatry practice with locations in Denver and Golden, Colorado. I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and my Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Vanderbilt University. I’m board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I have been working as an NP in neurology and psychiatry since 2012. I treat patients ages 13 and up for all psychiatric conditions.

Outside the office, I enjoy reading, watching movies, cooking (and eating!), hiking, snowboarding, hanging out with with my husband and our two kids, and playing outside with our menagerie of dogs, cats, goats, and horses. In a past life I was a member of a roller-derby squad and a burlesque dance troupe in San Francisco. I still love roller skating and dancing, although these days I wear more appropriate clothing and I try harder not to fall down.
