I’m Demelza (some people call me Demi). I worked for the last 13 years as a paralegal and decided at the beginning of this year that I wanted to take my life in a new direction.

I quit my job in January 2025, took 6 weeks to start instilling healthy habits in my life and then started a new job as a Contracts Manager. This has given me the time and energy to pursue my passions. I am working on the bundle certifications for Holisitic Nutrition, Holistic Practioner and Naturopathy Practioner and am recently working to get out there on social media so I can share my knowledge and the things I’m learning with others.
