Hello everyone,

My name is Despina P.. It is so nice to meet you all and join in this certification and community as we all embark on the journey to learn more on how to help people  through art therapy.  I am a fine arts and English graduate looking forward to completing my teacher certification and with that I am hoping to soon complete the certification further help my students in the future and hopefully clients as well.

Having battled through Grief and mental health myself I found a lot of help within the arts a lot of healing as well. There’s a quiet yet mighty strength within the arts that makes healing and that whole journey more bearable through its ups and downs.

Anyways, I digress. I hope you are all doing well and that this journey proves successful and fruitful for you all.
