I spent forty-five years as a Christian family and marriage counselor, specializing in nutrition. During my postdoctoral (D.R.E.) training, I studied nutrition through Coursera courses offered by Vanderbilt and Stanford Universities. Most of my nutritional training was with Texas A&M. I am a Certified Health Coach with Dr. Eric Berg. Now, I am training as a Certified Naturopath Practitioner through Scholistico. The future is bright! I love helping others!
