I am motivated to educate and empower people to take their health into their own hands. I have several family members who are battling disease and a few who have had their lives cut short ,including my husband at the age of 36. I lost faith in our health care system while seeking help for my own health issues. I was over medicated for mental health symptoms in my 20s and misdiagnosed for Lyme in 2021. Both caused unnecessary suffering and negatively impacted those around me. This is when my journey began to help myself and those around me fight back with natural medicines. I am appalled at the lack of knowledge our general public has in regards to food as medicine. As a whole we have bought in to the idea that being sick is to be expected and have placed our faith in doctors and pharmaceuticals instead of mother nature.
