I was born in San Diego, CA. then moved to PA, Washington DC, North Carolina & settled in Charleston South Carolina. I was hair stylist for 42 years specializing in Colour. I worked 8 years traing in colour for WELLA INTL. Did stage work at industry shows for them as well trained individual salons on the east coast. I retired early in 2021 & worked p/t for Belk stores but retail is not my thing.
Art has always played a role in my life. I’m creative by nature. Have always been taking classes in drawing, acrylics, oil & mixed media. My friends all say i’m great so i found this certification and thought i could do a lot to help people with this.
I am Bi polar with psychosis. Diagnosed at 26 years of age. I am compliant with my meds and have few disruptions in my everyday life. That why this course speaks to me.
