Dr. Donald A. Lester (Don Lester) is an interdisciplinary educator, technologist, writer, and wellness-oriented counsellor whose work spans adult education, information technology, instructional design, counselling, and natural health education.

Over multiple decades, he has combined hands-on technical depth (software development, databases, networks, web systems) with human-centered practice (teaching, mentoring, counselling, and client support), building a career centered on making complex topics understandable and actionable for diverse learners.

His education includes a B.A. in Adult Education with a Psychology minor (University of the Fraser Valley) and a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Counselling (University of Sedona / University of Metaphysics), alongside extensive continuing education across technology, adult learning, counselling, and social media strategy.
