Dr. Patricia Venegas is the Co-founder (with her husband, Rev Benjamin), Executive Director, and Senior Pastor of Without Spot or Wrinkle Ministries Intl., founded in 1998 in La Verne, California. In addition to the church in La Verne, she has planted churches in Boerne, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She has a Bachelor’s in Theology, a Master’s in Religious Studies with an emphasis on Christian Counseling, and a Doctorate of Divinity. She is a certified behavioral analyst specializing in Pastoral Counseling, focusing on mental health.

She served as a Chaplain with the Covina, California, Police Department for 21 years, from 1999 to 2020.

She is the author of four books, including The Bride of Christ Without Spot or Wrinkle, Spiritual Boot Camp: Basic Training for Spiritual Warfare, Yeshua’s Footsteps: A 52-Week Devotional Journey of Faith through the Hebrew Roots, and Soul Care and Spiritual Growth: Developing Christ-like Character through Mussar. She has also developed numerous syllabi for conferences where she serves as a keynote speaker. In addition to her writing and teaching, she is a fine artist whose work includes landscapes, portraits, seascapes, and floral compositions—each piece reflecting her deep spiritual insight and creative expression.
