Born Rene D.Patton Shreveport Louisiana 1953. To Msgt. Herbert and Mrs. Jimmie Patton, parents. I had a great childhood growing up in the 60’s and 70’s

I joined the United States Air Force in 1980 . The Air Force was a wonderful experience.  I was a Medic LVN , I traveled and got to see a lot of the world. This experience also strengthened me and made me who I am today. I retired in 2000.

I went back to college at the age of 40. First Attended St.Phillips college where I majored in Art and Received an Associate Degree there Received a BA in Art Education with a minor in Fashion Design., from The University of The Incarnate Word at San Antonio Texas. I taught secondary Art several years and really loved it.

I am a Mom of one son and grandmother of twin boys. I also married a couple of times during my journey. Now retired and enjoying my life.
