I am 42 years of age. I currently work in the healthcare industry on the insurance side of things. I have a Ph.d in Biblical Psychology with a license in Christian Counseling.

Over the past two years I have become more and more passionate about people, and concerned about establishing an environment that will enable me to thrive in optimal health; as well as introduce others to that particular mindset.

After battling PCOS (hormonal imbalance), prediabetes, anxiety and acid reflux; I have decided to make some major lifestyle changes.

I’ve never seen so much sickness and disease. Almost every single person I know is battling anxiety, hormonal imbalances etc.

I believe in the power of The Most High God, and I believe in the intelligence He imparted into the human body to inherently heal itself.

I desire to attain that knowledge, such as how the body works, learning herbs and the healing agents they posses, utilizing food as medicine, and attaining a knowledge that will permit me the understanding as to how to be my own self first responder when it comes to my health.

I believe that my purpose is to introduce others to a healthier lifestyle and that first has to begin with me.
