I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2017, and began working as a case manager. While working with different systems, I began my graduate degree program in 2018 at the University of Phoenix. I graduated with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021. 
I believe in a holistic approach to healing, while using my understanding of the Enneagram, Reiki, Reflexology, Emotion Code, Internal Family Systems, Somatic work and Shamanism. I offer a space to find peace, serenity, new-found insights, a deeper connection to self and source, and ultimately healing. I encourage my clients to be empowered in their lives and develop a self-care routine that brings them a sense of peace, relaxation, self-love, and connection. I began my own personal journey years ago, which has led me to cultivating a deep spiritual connection and training in several alternative therapeutic modalities. These years of deepening my own practice now gives me the great honor to hold space and guide others on their unique path of inner transformation and healing. My services bring a variety of practices for others to deepen their personal relationship with their mind, body, spirit, and soul.
