Biography

Biography

I am a devoted herbal apprentice and aspiring naturopath rooted in the belief that true healing begins in relationship with the earth, the body, and the spirit. My journey into natural medicine began as a personal reclamation: a return to the wisdom of plants, a reconnection with my body’s signals, and a commitment to healing not just symptoms, but the deeper causes of imbalance.

I’m currently building a personal apothecary and study bible, guided by both traditional herbal knowledge and modern scientific research. I work with native plants of Central Alberta and the Okanagan, where I live and learn, with a deep respect for ethical wildcrafting, seasonal preparation, and safe remedy-making practices. My interests include clinical herbalism, nervous system support, trauma-informed care, and holistic skincare formulations. I document and craft remedies with reverence for the plants’ energetics, their cultural histories, and their chemistry.

As someone navigating neurodivergence, grief, and reconnection with spirit, I’m particularly drawn to healing paths that honour emotional intelligence, personal truth, and intuitive knowing. I see this work not only as a form of medicine but as a return to something sacred and shared.

I’m here to learn, collaborate, and grow in community with others who feel called to the healing arts. If you’re on a similar path, whether you’re seasoned or just beginning, I’d love to connect.
