Hello,

I was born and raised in Calgary, AB. Although my family is from the US so I have many ties to MT, MN, CA, AZ, NY, CO,WS… And possibly others.

I grew up around holistic and practical healthcare as many of my family members are nurses, care aids, massage therapist, radiology technician, natural healers, and energy workers.

From a young age I’ve used chiropractic, physiotherapy, psychology and other methodologies as needed. I have done some self study around psychology, holistic healthcare, crystal healing, trauma response, energy work, tapping. Also provided care and support to ailing, aging family members.

It wasn’t until a recent fall injury wherein I suffered a concussion, whiplash, shoulder, lower back, hip injury that I’ve needed deeper exploration. This also caused nervous system dis function, post concussion syndrome, eye misalignment, and chronic pain.

Therefore going on 3 years I’ve been experiencing first hand the result of physical trauma and how it correlates to all the body systems. I have learned a lot through this process but am still learning how to navigate it while working on my recovery.

This program seems like a great opportunity to gain more understanding and knowledge that I can apply personally and also utilize towards a new career path.

I am greatly looking forward to this program and the connections I will gain in the process.
