Iv been fortunate to spend time in the Amazon with shamans,

studying practices and exploring plant medicines.

traveled widely i love going to Yoga retreats abroad, mostly for the people i meet than the yoga

very fortunate to live very near the sea in northumberland ( uk)

outdoor life, walking groups , beach yoga,  qi gong , wild water swimming 🥶

its all healing ❤️‍🩹

i put the work in to be healthy and vibing high 🙌
