Having had different carers, being a mother and finding my way through life has brought me to this course. My vision for this learning is to integrate it into my work as a disability support worker and into my life to enhance my personal growth.

I love holistic health and using all the elements available to us to stay centred and well. I use art consistently as a space for mindfulness and bringing nature into work everyday world to create serenity and connection.
