As an architect with ADHD, I’ve always been drawn to creativity but often felt blocked by self-doubt and imposter syndrome. I loved art at school and achieved well, yet I’ve struggled to feel confident in it. Learning about my ADHD later in life has been eye-opening, and I see this course as a chance to rediscover art, not as something to be ‘good’ at, but as a way to unlock expression and healing
