I am now starting my own personal wellness journey which has led to me embarking upon this course to compliment my current offerings.
As an ex professional dancer/singer, and having travelled all over the world, I now enjoy passing on my knowledge and helping people to grow both mentally & physically.
I qualified as a dance teacher in 1998 and have racked up over 25yrs experience teaching all abilities and age groups.
