I’m a retired chef/ restaurant owner And a mother of 2 beautiful children. 4 years ago, in the prime of my career, I happened to get really sick. Western medicine didn’t make me well after 3 years. I studied and researched to help myself. I couldn’t get a single doctor to acknowledge holistic approaches. I just keep getting sicker.
I finally sought out a functional medicine doctor (paid large sums out of pocket) but I finally found someone who understood my problems. It was then I started the journey of healing.
I closed my business, retired from professional cooking and began a soul searching journey. Upon guidance from the Father above and my own desire to feel well, I choose this course.
My family and I are in the process of homesteading & our organic farming. For years…I lived to eat and now I’m learning to… eat to live. I plan on counseling many others in the years to come on how important it is to heal from within.
