And honestly I really feel everyone can benefit from what we are learning, especially new parents and people who care for other people for example elderly parents or those with life challenges.

Thats great Janine, I made a choice not to be out in the high heats this summer, when normally I would give it a second thought. And I am making sure to eat more fruit and get more sleep.
