I am a wife to an incredible husband, mom to 2 boys, homeschool momma for 5 years. I am also a Chiropractic assistant, loving the concept of natural healing, and our body’s amazing ability to heal itself. I am slowly but surely turning my own  home into a holistic and natural space for my family to thrive in. I am an avid researcher of all things holistic and natural and will first and foremost address health issues with what nature has provided us, before going to an allopathic doctor.

My husband has been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease last year, and I have helped him manage, and heal his liver within a year with the help of Slippery Elm and Milk Thistle, as well as a healthy balanced lifestyle and simply walking every day.

I have always known that my purpose and calling is to help people be the best versions of themselves and use what God has provided us with, and heal our perfectly created bodies that was made in His image.
