I am a bilingual Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor and Case Manager serving survivors across Monmouth County, NJ. With over 11 years of experience in victim advocacy, including my work with the Prosecutor’s Office and the Child Advocacy Center supporting survivors as they navigate the criminal justice system, and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, my practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, safety planning, and connecting individuals to essential community resources.
I am also the Creator and Founder of The Social Compass Collective, where I guide individuals and communities towards meaningful social impact through advocacy, policy education, mentorship, speaking engagements, strategic communication, and community alignment.
My work is rooted in cultural responsiveness, empowerment, and collaboration. I am committed to strengthening coordinated community responses, advancing trauma-informed policy, and expanding equitable access to service.
