I have worked as a hairdresser for 35 years in that time I have done aged care ,in home for house bound people ,hunter valley weddings ,managed salons and trained staff ,owned my own shop .

I have been a live in career for a sick client in which entail of cook , clean ,garden ,look after the running of the house and care for my client .

I retrained as a life coach and hypnotherapy NLP also do mini courses on meditation and energy and sound vibration.

I was very unwell with graves and then hashimots witch lead me down a path of intolerance to gluten in my journey I found there wasn’t any looking at solving this but to just treat the symptoms so I started my research for me eliminating one thing at a time to eventually getting off medication and being healthy on my own so I love to be inquisitive to test and resolve anything that comes my way.
