My name is Jennifer and I am a life learner. I have been on a roller coaster ride with my health over the past 11 years. The journey has been nothing less than a blessing. It changed my lifestyle into a holistic one. I have also been on a spiritual journey which started 17 years ago. I have experienced severe burnout and compassion fatigue which was also helpful for me learning to let go and dive deeper into self discovery. I currently am an Empower U Success Coach with Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee. My journey has helped me be successful at what I do. It has also helped others to see their light and discover the power to change. I am excited to embark on finally getting my health and wellness certification, something I’ve wanted to do for the past decade.
