You know what they say – “better late than never”. So here I am, embracing delayed acts of alignment.

Born in April of 89′, I’ve had lots of time for fun, growth, and all that’s in between. Although settled in life, I’m bound by certain belief systems; entangled in depths that which no longer serve me. Hairstylist by trade and a mamma of two, I’m building the foundation of a career that matches my scale of passion – you know, the things that seamlessly ignite a fire of evolution in oneself, and therefore ignite evolution for all. And that is my greatest passion – learning new ways to become a better “me” to help you do the same. Life is after all, a ripple effect, and we are the ones who choose how we’ll “effect”. I choose today, for an authentic and loving tomorrow.

The Naturopathic path is new to me but I believe it holds great significance. For years I’ve been deeply passionate about practices like breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and other areas that still hold many unanswered questions. Life has humbled me. Somedays I feel I’ve gained much knowledge – only to discover I’ve scratched a small surface. And so with that said, I am beyond thrilled to begin this process of continued education.
