As a reitred elementary educator and Boy Scout leader, I have used art for a variety of reasons. I believe creative expression opens us up to discovery and connection with others. It is very theraputic. I have also taught several craft classes over the years so love teaching art techniques to others.

I am interested in helping cancer patients and those in a hospital setting find peace and healing through an art experience. It helped me immensely when my late husband was going through his 13 year cancer journey. I am also a co leader for two myeloma support groups through the International Myeloma Foundation.
