| Biography |
With over 10 years’ experience as a General Manager in workforce solutions, I’ve built my career around empowering people to grow, perform, and lead with confidence. Alongside this, I serve as a committee member supporting women living with traumatic brain injury (TBI) — a cause deeply personal to me.
After sustaining a TBI in a motor vehicle accident in 2011, I experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges of recovery. That journey reshaped my perspective on health and healing.
While conventional medicine has its place, I became increasingly aware of the reliance on long-term pharmaceutical solutions — particularly antidepressants and related medications — without always exploring holistic, root-cause approaches.
This led me to pursue a passion for naturopathy and natural health.
Today, I blend my leadership background, lived experience with TBI, and research-driven interest in natural therapies to support both women and men in reclaiming their health, identity, and confidence — naturally.
My mission is simple: empower people to heal, grow, and become their best selves through informed, balanced, and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
