Lottie Norton is a multidisciplinary designer and creative practitioner based in Bexhill-on-Sea. She runs Lottie Norton Design, a small independent studio specialising in branding, web & graphic design and visual storytelling for community organisations, charities, and small businesses.

Her work is rooted in collaboration, accessibility and creating welcoming creative spaces, with a strong emphasis on clarity, inclusion and wellbeing.

Alongside her professional creative practice, Lottie brings extensive lived experience as a parent carer to a child with complex SEND needs. Navigating education, health and community provision has given her a deep understanding of the barriers families face, particularly around access, regulation, and meaningful engagement. This experience strongly informs her creative approach, shaping work that is trauma-aware, flexible and responsive to individual needs.

Lottie is particularly interested in the intersection of creativity, emotional regulation and community connection. She is passionate about creating calm, supportive environments where children and young people can explore creativity at their own pace, build confidence, and feel safe to express themselves. Her practice is strongly aligned with Space for Yew’s values, combining professional creative delivery with empathy, lived experience and a commitment to inclusive community-led work.
