I am an artist, a creative and just recently retired from the ballet world. My last role in the performing arts was as the Director and Founder of North Atlantic Ballet, a non-profit ballet company in Boston, MA.

For 40+ years I have been tethered to this world ,deeply entwined in a love/ hate relationship. Awww the Arts!  I am grateful for the journey I have experienced making dance first with my own body, then moving into the creation process through choreography and training of youth and finally into the production of large scale ballets and running a full time professional ballet company and school. I have poured my blood sweat and soul into this life. I am fulfilled and ready for another adventure.

As I have been sitting quietly and thinking about what the next chapter is in my life, I find myself gravitating toward helping others through holistic therapies. After years of deep diving information and experiencing the healing properties of holistic remedies for myself I look forward to this new adventure.

So here I am, ready to learn.
