Life is all about movement! Hi, I am Marci, and I am always on the move! Whether it be dance, hiking, mindful meditation, relaxation, or spiritual growth, I am always looking for ways to elevate my life through movement of my body, spirit, and mind. I’m an experienced & educated dance teacher and coach of 25 years, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sport Science at the University of Utah, and I have excelled in the world of group fitness training as well. I have many different tools that allow me to help individuals of all ages & in all stages of life enjoy moving! Let’s Move!
