I live and work in the UK and I am 59 years old. I am married to Katherine and I have three grown up children and now a granddaughter, Ivy.

I Work in a specialist forensic support service and have been doing this for 17 years… I was a support worker to begin, then became a senior and then a Team Leader…

Due to personal circumstances I have now dropped back down to a senior. In normal life I am a Counselling psychotherapist, and clinical hypnotherapist. I have qualified in MBSR, EFT, Mindfulness, meditation, NLP, Art therapy practitioner and grief counselling.

I love the outdoors and learning about survival and how to survive in the outdoors. I practice Goju Ryu karate and have been for a number of years. I hold a 2nd Dan black belt in Jujitsu, and a brown belt 1st cue in Shotokan karate.

I enjoy great movies and good food and I love to travel to new places and explore their culture.
