Work Experience: 30 plus years providing community and economic development, housing, transportation, health care, senior programs, education, emergency services, and environmental. Developing public/private partnerships, public/private foundation relationships and programs. Represented the public interest on community boards, technical advisory committees, corporate culture committees, and community development boards. Served as analysis for the regional association of governments. Completing over $100 million in program/project development including the funding and development of the only western rural Empowerment Zone @ $40 million over 10 years.
