I am passionate about wellness. As a nurse, I was a diabetes educator and taught childbirth classes after years of floor nursing. I loved being able to give additional tools to help people on their wellness journey. I feel that a preventative, more wholistic approach is essential. As the mother of eight children, I have enjoyed a special bond “coaching” my children. I also love nature and travel and have been able to enjoy both.
