I’m a retired educator and coach. After retiring I started completing my bucket list items. I climbed Mt. Whitney, completed 10 mud runs, and a triathlon sprint.  After that I decided to become a personal trainer and help others reach their goals.  After being a personal trainer for the past 6 years, I decided to get my CEU’s in Holistic Nutrition and Naturopathy because of health issues in my family.  I hope to use this knowledge to help them as well as my fitness clients.
