Upon checking, there’s no issue on our end — everything appears to be working correctly on the platform. It’s likely a device limitation, as some of the templates and downloadable materials are best accessed on a computer.
Mobile devices can sometimes cause the files to appear blank or not load properly. We recommend switching to a desktop or laptop, and you should be able to view everything without any issues.

I can confirm that you’ve successfully claimed your printed certificate—no further action is needed on that part.
As for the digital certificate, it follows a different process. You can access it by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account on our website (please note: not the Scholistico App).
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Select “Courses” from the drop-down menu.
4. Then click on “Certificates” to view and download your digital version.

I’ve checked your account and was able to successfully download your certificate, as shown in the image below. Please note that certificates are not accessible through the Scholistico App and can only be viewed and downloaded via our website.
To access your certificates, simply follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website (not through the Scholistico App).

Click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.

From the drop-down menu, select Courses.

Then, click on Certificates.

Once you complete a quiz, you can view the questions and answers through the Quiz Summary option. We recommend copying and pasting this summary into another document for your study reference, as you won’t be able to access it again after closing—unless you retake the quiz.

Hi Amy! There’s currently no option to download your certificate through the app — it’s only available when using a web browser. That said, I’ve already attached your certificate in my previous responses and have just resent it as well. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with! 😊
