Our courses are accredited by several reputable organizations, including the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). However, please note that while our courses provide this accreditation, we do not offer free or discounted IPHM membership as part of the course enrollment.
The application process and associated fees, such as the $150 membership fee you mentioned, are set directly by IPHM. We recommend contacting IPHM directly for the most accurate information regarding membership benefits and fees.

Thank you for your question! There are no formal prerequisites or age requirements to enroll in our Art Therapy Practitioner Course. However, some techniques covered in the course may require adult supervision or assistance, especially when working with younger participants. Great question—and this may help other students wondering the same! While there isn’t a separate practice exam before the final, the quizzes at the end of each module are designed to reinforce key concepts and serve as practice.

Once you’ve completed the Holistic Health Practitioner Certification, you can absolutely begin applying what you’ve learned in non-clinical settings—such as wellness coaching, holistic health workshops, private consultations, community programs, or even partnering with licensed professionals. Many graduates also use it to complement existing careers in areas like yoga, massage therapy, or nutrition.
Please note that our courses are not equivalent to a master’s degree or a clinical license. Since regulations vary by state, we highly recommend checking with your local guidelines to understand the scope of practice in your area.

The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) membership offers practitioners direct access to a network of affiliated insurance providers. This provides strong insurance coverage options specifically designed for holistic and complementary therapy professionals.
While Scholistico does not sell or broker insurance directly, our internationally recognized certifications—such as those accredited by IPHM—can help you unlock insurance coverage through these accrediting partners. Many of these organizations, including IPHM, offer pathways to recommended insurance providers once you become a member.
