Born and raised in Venezuela, experienced living in different countries, currently living in USA. 46 years old, married to an Air Force Veteran, mother of a 5 years old boy.

This year in my routine blood work, some antibodies appeared in my thyroid. I was told by my PD that this will lead my eventually to Hashimotos disease. My inflammation was in its peak and my hormones were all over the place.

I decided to start my journey and try to reverse and lower down my antibodies with integrative and adaptogenic medicine. So far, with paleo diet, adaptogens, exercising and healthy living, my life abd health have improved considerably. Now I feel the urge of helping others because I believe in an alternative solution for any disease.
