I am passionate about bridging traditional medicine with holistic, whole-person care. I have spent years supporting individuals through grief, trauma, chronic illness, weight management, and life transitions, while emphasizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

A cancer survivor, military veteran, chaplain, and speaker, And believes some of life’s greatest challenges become our greatest opportunities to serve others.
