Having always suffered with digestive issues and being diagnosed with IBS, I took an interest in food and biology, in particular, womens biology and how our bodies differ and alter according to our cycles. I have always believed that the body can heal itself and that the Earth provides us with all that we need as human beings so I am on a mission to learn as much as possible about healing, nutrition and holistic approaches to our bodies.
