| Biography |
I am Nazila — a yoga teacher, art therapy practitioner, and the founder of InnerInk Yoga.
For me, yoga is not a posture or a performance; it’s a language — a way to listen to the body, to breathe with awareness, and to soften into life itself.
My work is a meeting point between movement and meaning.
I create spaces where breath becomes art, and where the body learns to speak — through gentle flow, poetic stillness, and mindful craft.
I’ve always believed that healing is not about fixing — it’s about remembering.
Through yoga, creative therapy, and community work in Coventry, I help people reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve forgotten — with compassion, curiosity, and a touch of quiet beauty.
Every session I guide is both scientific and soulful:
informed by anatomy, yet inspired by poetry.
Because I believe that the body is our first home, and the most beautiful story we’ll ever live in.
