I have worked as a Biomedical Scientist for the pass 12years. I have experience in clinical diagnostics in particular Microbiology and Serology departments.

I have realised over the years that our bodies is more than capable to heal it self when given the right environmental. And that as a society, communities and as individuals we have lost that ability to listen to our bodies and know what, where and how to heal with the natural environment around us. Like with herbs, food, rest etc.

For a long time I was looking around, reading, listening etc about herbal and natural medicine.

I hope with this cause I will learn to help my self, family and friends.
