Along my healing journey I started counseling and was put on a lot of medication that made me feel like a zombie numb groggy I definitely did not like the side effects. My panic attacks got so bad that I was having seizures from them. I started looking into natural ways to lower my anxiety on top of my medication. Through herbalism I found ways to make my own medications and eventually got off of all a big pharma medication the seizures stopped the anxiety that I had was lessened at least to the point that I could function again and leave my house. The doctor said they were helping me but it was killing me. Going all natural saved my life and now I want to help others because I didn’t know.
