I am here to learn, and to use my new knowledge to help myself, my family, and friends.  I believe in a natural, holistic approach to health as a solid foundation to healing and maintain ourselves.

I am a wife, mother (step-mother, mother-in-law), grandmother, daughter, sister, friend. I have a blended family (yours, mine, and ours). Seven children in all.

I have worked as a nursing assistant, a health unit clerk, a paralegal, child care (owning and operating a center).

My husband is a retired service member, so with our youngest children, we traveled and lived in a few different communities.  Learning all the while.  This is where I retired.  I home schooled my youngest children and we explored the world as we learned.  For us, homeschooling was great.  These children are very self-sufficient and in the work force while attending masters programs.

All this said, I am really looking forward to learning and applying all I learn into my daily life.
