Biography

Biography

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Substance Use Treatment and Intervention and have dedicated my career to supporting individuals on their path to recovery and wellness. My foundation in evidence-based practices is complemented by a Mindfulness Training Certificate, which I use as a primary skill in guiding clients toward balance, resilience, and self-awareness. As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I bring both professional expertise and compassionate care to those navigating challenges with substance use.

Beyond my clinical work, I have cultivated a deep commitment to natural living. For over three years, I have studied and practiced herbalism, integrating plant-based remedies into holistic approaches to health. This passion for natural wellness extends into every aspect of my life, where I embrace homesteading, gardening, and sustainable living practices. I grow my own food, hunt my own food, and live in harmony with the land, ensuring that my lifestyle reflects the same values I encourage in others: self-sufficiency, respect for nature, and mindful stewardship.

My journey blends professional training with personal philosophy, creating a unique perspective that bridges modern therapeutic methods with timeless practices of natural living. Whether in counseling sessions or tending to my homestead, I strive to embody authenticity, balance, and a holistic approach to well-being.
