I am a mother of three adult children and grandmother to two grandchildren.  I grew up in an explosive home and learned that I was not safe.  My inner child has learned to be a fawn in order to survive.  Until recently my life was just about surviving and not thriving.  I am taking the steps to heal my inner child and go from surviving to thriving.  I am on quest for knowledge to help myself and potential help other.
